Embed required foundation bolts according to the loading on the installation location.(Fig 1)

灏囧綀绨ф笡闇囧櫒瑁濆埌闋愮暀瀹夎浣嶇疆鐨勮灪鏍撲笂闈紝骞跺皣铻烘爴閹栫穵銆傦紙濡傚湒2锛�
Fit spring dampers on the bolts at the reserved mounting position and lock the bolts.(Fig 2)
灏囧綀绨ф笡闇囧櫒鑸囪ō鍌欓�ｆ帴鐨勭挡鐗欐瑁濅笂銆傦紙濡傚湒3锛�
Fit the spring shock absorber with the wire bar attached to the device.(Fig 3)
浣跨敤涓婁笅鍏╅铻哄附瀹夎鑸囪ō鍌欓�ｆ帴鐨勫浐瀹氳檿锛屼互渚胯鏁达紝姝ゆ檪涓婇儴铻哄附涓嶉渶瑕侀帠绶娿�傦紙濡傚湒4锛�
Use the upper and lower two nuts to install the attachment to the device so that the upper nut does not need to be locked.(Fig 4)
灏囪ō鍌欏畨瑁濇垨閰嶇瀹夎瀹屾垚銆�
Complete the equipeent and piping engineering installation.
浣跨敤闁嬪彛鎵虫墜瑾挎暣涓嬮儴铻哄附渚嗚鏁磋ō鍌欐按骞冲強褰堢哀澹撶府閲忋�傦紙濡傚湒5锛�
Apply the open wrench to adjust lower nuts for the balance of the eqipment and the press amount for the spring.(Fig 5)
瑾挎暣瀹屾垚鍚庡皣涓婁笅鍏╅铻哄附鐩稿皪閹栫穵锛屽嵆鍙畬鎴愭窞姹熼泦鍦楬TA鍚婂紡褰堢哀娓涢渿鍣ㄧ殑瀹夎瑾挎暣銆傦紙濡傚湒6锛�
Lock the upper and lower nuts after adjusting.(Fig 6)
瀹夎鍚庤珛妾㈡煡褰堢哀涓嬪閲忥紝濡傚綀绨у鍒板簳锛屽墖琛ㄧず鑽烽噸涓嶈冻锛屾矑鏈夋笡闇囨晥鏋溿�傛噳瑭叉洿鎻涜純澶ц嵎閲嶇殑褰堢哀娓涢渿鍣ㄥ瀷铏燂紝骞惰珛浜庢湰鍏徃妤嫏浜哄摗鑱郴銆�
After the adjustment,check the press amount of the spring.If it appears with insufficient loading,please replace with bigger loading by contacting our staff.

Maintenance checking points:remain M12 fixed bolt locked,balance of the base,installation of the isolator,and the deflection of the spring.
